These facts are sufficient to show that busbar trunking must be maintained and maintained regularly. Long term use of busbar trunking at least once a year. Before maintenance, use the multimeter to measure the electric discharge of the bus bar to confirm that the bus is not charged. Check the following:
(1) check all fasteners and conductive parts of the contact loose;
(2) check whether the aging phenomenon of the insulation material and the melting phenomenon of the conductive part;
(3) check whether there is foreign body into the bus slot and whether there is water seepage.
Found problems to be dealt with in a timely manner, without leaving any hidden dangers. If there is an insulation breakdown phenomenon, should be broken down the bus slot or the use of pressure tester to check, find out the fault point, replace the new bus slot, or re dressing.
Fourth, the bus slot in the use of the contact parts or joints prone to heat, or select the bus carrying capacity of the bus will also cause insufficient heat. Therefore, in the practical design of the choice of the capacity of the bus slot, it is necessary to fully calculate the actual load of the building, and taking into account the impact of ambient temperature, but also with a margin.
